The Smell of Hawaii

organic-body-buttersI shared with you all my love for my Uggs, but one thing that I have to admit I do not care for is the dry, itchy skin that I have after I wear them all day.  My legs usually get very dry in the winter anyways, but there is something about the inside of my Uggs that seem to make my legs even drier.  I could rival the scaliest snake with my winter legs!

But, not anymore!  I have been using Ola Hawaii Pineapple Lime Body Butter and my dry, scaly skin has been replaced by silky, smooth.  The best part is the smell of Hawaii in a jar!  Pineapple, lime, coconut, mango, aloe vera…honestly, if you close your eyes and just inhale the scent you can picture yourself on a white sand beach with a large, cool glass in your hand complete with colorful umbrella on top.  Every woman’s dream!

Anyways, back to the actual product.  I must confess that at first I was concerned that the body butter was going to be extremely greasy considering that it had the consistency of shortening.  However, as soon as I put it on my skin it turned into a satiny smoothness leaving my skin feeling hydrated.  There wasn’t any greasy residue, but rather just soft skin.  The softness doesn’t end after one hour either.  I use the body butter in the morning and I still have soft, hydrated skin when I get home after a day at work.

Oh and did I mention that it smells like an exotic island?  Yeah, that lasts all day too!!

You can find my Pineapple Lime Body Butter along with other flavors of Body Butter at Ola Hawaii’s Website.  So who’s ready to visit the islands with me??

Sounds like the perfect little treat to help the nose and skin to escape the winter blahs. Although I would have to steer clear of the Chocolate Coffee butter. Honey would want to nibble on my all day long if I smelled like that!
